These Terms of Use govern your use of the WaktuSolatMini macOS application and this website. By downloading, installing, or using WaktuSolatMini, you agree to these terms.
1. What WaktuSolatMini provides
WaktuSolatMini is a menu bar utility that displays Malaysian prayer times, stores timetable data for offline access, and can provide prayer-related notifications. Features may change as the app is improved.
2. Prayer-time information
Prayer times are provided for convenience based on the selected zone and the timetable dataset available to the app. They may be affected by an incorrect zone, outdated or unavailable source data, device settings, software defects, or other circumstances outside our control.
WaktuSolatMini is not a religious authority. You are responsible for selecting the correct zone and, when accuracy is especially important, verifying times against an appropriate official or local religious authority.
3. Notifications are supplementary
Notifications can be delayed, suppressed, or missed because of macOS settings, Focus modes, permission changes, device sleep, system errors, or other factors. They are a convenience and should not be your only method of tracking prayer time.
4. Offline data and updates
Offline functionality depends on a timetable dataset having been successfully downloaded for the relevant period and zone. You are responsible for checking that the dataset is present and current. We do not guarantee that future datasets will always be available or that syncing will be uninterrupted.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app or website in violation of applicable law;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service;
- misrepresent the app, its data, or its relationship with any authority;
- remove proprietary notices or redistribute protected parts of the app except as permitted by law; or
- use automated methods to extract data in a way that harms the app, website, or timetable provider.
6. Intellectual property
WaktuSolatMini, its interface, branding, and original content are owned by Exnano or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, platforms, data, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app or website, including features and data integrations. We may release updates needed for compatibility, reliability, security, or legal compliance. We do not promise that every feature will remain available on every macOS version.
8. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app, website, and timetable information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exnano will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of—or inability to use—the app or website, including missed notifications, inaccurate settings, unavailable data, or loss of locally stored preferences. Statutory rights that cannot be limited remain unaffected.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version. Continuing to use WaktuSolatMini after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
